Doğuş Gülpınar is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in Ukraine, advising on complex energy, infrastructure, and construction projects. He is the Founder and Partner at Amisos & Partners.

He has been actively involved in wind, solar, storage, and hybrid energy investments, as well as industrial construction, large-scale infrastructure, and real estate developments across Ukraine and Romania.

He is experienced in company setup, corporate law, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and international tenders, as well as project development and permitting processes, construction permitting, EPC contracts, contract management, contracts for difference (CfD), grid connection agreements, and power purchase agreements (PPA).

He is fluent in Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
